If you aren’t happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days from the delivery date.
Condition of Returns
To return an item, it must meet these conditions:
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Sale Items: Items on sale with a discount of 30% or more are final sale and cannot be returned unless faulty.
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and shoes in the original box.
- Non-returnable Items: Beauty tools, piercing jewelry, socks, hosiery, and intimates/lingerie cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons, unless faulty or misrepresented.
- Swimwear: Must have the hygiene seal intact and not removed.
- Pre-orders: Cannot be canceled for a refund, but can be canceled for store credit if not yet fulfilled.
