How Long Do You Have to Return Items?

For Regular Priced Items:

- Merchandise Credit: If you miss the 14-day refund window, you still have up to 30 days to return it for Aritzia merchandise credit on a Digital Gift Card.
For Sale Items:

How to Return an Online Purchase
You can return online purchases either by mail or in-store.
1. Returning by Mail (U.S. Orders Only)
If you ordered from Aritzia online, you can return your items by mail in two easy ways. It’s free for U.S. customers—as long as you signed into your Aritzia account when ordering.
Guest checkout? A return postage fee of $8.00 plus tax will be deducted from your refund.
Step 1: Start Your Return
- If you have an account:

Step 2: Choose How to Return It
You have two return options: one that uses a QR code and another that lets you print a label at home.
Option 1: Return Using a QR Code
This is a paper-free return option.
- Package your items.
- If you saved the original Aritzia bag, place your item(s) back inside.
- Seal the bag inside the original box securely.
- Bring the QR code to FedEx.
- Show the QR code (from your Return Confirmation email) to a FedEx agent.
- They’ll scan it and handle the shipping for you.
Option 2: Print Your Return Label at Home
- Print the return label.
- In your Order History, click your order and then click ‘View Return Label’.
- Print the PDF return label.
- Package your items.
- Use your Aritzia bag if you kept it, and pack it into the original box.
- Seal the box tightly.
- Drop off the package at any FedEx location.
After You Ship It
- Once Aritzia receives your return, they’ll process it within 7 to 10 business days.
- You’ll get a confirmation email once your return is complete and your refund or merchandise credit is issued.

2. Returning In-Store
- You can also return online orders in-store as long as they’re not marked Final Sale.
- Bring your item with original tags and your proof of purchase.
But note: Online returns cannot be dropped off at Pop-Up or Aritzia Concierge locations.

How to Return Items Bought In-Store
For purchases made in-store:
- Return them in person at any Aritzia store within the appropriate window:

- 30 days for merchandise credit
Again, Pop-Up and Aritzia Concierge locations do not accept returns.

Exchanges
Unfortunately, Aritzia does not offer direct exchanges through online returns.

Refunds

Gift Cards

How Refunds Work for PayPal and Klarna Orders
- Paid with PayPal?

- Paid with Klarna?
