Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet these conditions:
- Unwashed and Unworn: Items should not be washed, worn, or damaged.
- Tags Attached: All original tags must be attached.
- Receipt Required: A valid receipt is necessary.
- Special Conditions: Swimwear must have the liner attached, and shoes must be in the original box.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Certain items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale items marked at 50% off or greater

Regular Priced Merchandise
- Full Refund: You can get a full refund within 14 days from the shipping date.
- Merchandise Credit: You can receive merchandise credit on an eGift Card within 30 days from the shipping date.
- No Returns: After 30 days, returns are not accepted.
Sale Merchandise
- Discounts Less Than 50%: You can get merchandise credit on an eGift Card if returned within 14 days of the shipping date. No refunds to the original payment method.
- Discounts 50% or Greater: Final sale, no returns or exchanges.

How to Return Online Purchases
Mailing Back Your Return
If you prefer to mail back your online return, follow these steps:
- Log In: Sign into your account and go to your Order History page as shown in the screenshot below
- If you are a guest user, initiate your return by filling out this Order Tracking Form on Aritzia’s website. For guest users a return postage fee of $8.00 (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from your refund.
- Select Order: Click on your order to view the details.
- Initiate Return: Click ‘Return Items’ to fill out the return request form.
- Confirm: Review your return details and click ‘Process Return’.
- Receive Confirmation: You will get a Return Confirmation email.
Packaging Your Items
- Using the Aritzia Bag: Place your item(s) in the Aritzia bag and then in the original shipping box.
- Secure Packaging: Ensure the box is sealed securely.
Returning via FedEx using either of these options
- If you can not print, use QR Code: Bring the QR code from your Return Confirmation email to a FedEx location, and they will process your package.
- If you can Print at Home: Print the return label from your order details, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any FedEx location.
Processing Time
- Aritzia will process your return within 7 to 10 business days after receiving your package. You will receive an email once the return is complete.
In-Store Purchases Return & Exchange Policy
Regular Priced Merchandise
- Refunds: Available within 10 days of purchase with the original receipt.
- Exchanges or Merchandise Credit: Available within 21 days of purchase with the original receipt.
Sale Merchandise
- Final Sale: All sale and discounted items bought in-store are final sale.
Gift Cards
- Non-Refundable: Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded unless required by law.
