Returning the Product
- Packaging: Wrap the product safely to avoid damage. Place it in its original package, then in the shipping box.
- Shipping Label: Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box. If you lost the label, contact Client Service.
- Shipping:
- Arrange for the carrier to collect the package.
- Drop off the box at the nearest carrier drop-off location.
- You can also return the product to any YSL store in the United States (except department stores).
Return Time Frame
- Products must be returned within 14 days from your request for a return or exchange.
Refund
