What is Shiekh Return Policy
Shiekh is happy to issue a refund for full-priced merchandise returned within 30 days of receipt. Here are the key points you need to remember:
- Timeframe: You must return the item within 30 days of receiving it.
- Condition: The product must be in the condition you received it, with the original box and packaging.
- Restocking Fees: If the original box is missing or used for return, a $3 restocking fee applies. For Nike items, a 15% restocking fee is charged if the box is missing or damaged.
- Clothing and Hats: These must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with original tags.
Special Rules for Sale and Clearance Items
- Sale and clearance items can only be returned for store credit or exchange, not for a refund.
How to Return an Item
You have two options to return an item:
- Mail the Package:
- Make sure to include the completed Return/Exchange Form and receipt.

- Return to a Store:
- Take the item, Return/Exchange Form, and receipt to a Shiekh store.
- Note: The store can’t issue refunds. Refunds are processed by the corporate office, which takes about 1 week.
Return Instructions
- Pack the Item: Carefully pack the item in its original box. If the original box is missing, use a suitable box to protect the merchandise.
- Return Label: Return labels are sent via email in PDF format. USPS is the usual service provider unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping Fee: If you didn’t receive free shipping and still want a return label, Shiekh can send one for a fee of $7.95.
Return Shipping Costs
- Shiekh will pay up to $13 in shipping costs if:
- The item is defective.
- The wrong item was shipped.
- The item was missing parts or accessories.
Free US Domestic Shipping Cost
- If your order qualified for free shipping, you might also qualify for free returns within 14 days of receiving the order.
- A free return label will be sent to you via email.
When Will You Get Your Refund?
- Once Shiekh receives your return, it takes 1 to 2 billing cycles (about 1-2 months) for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange an item:

- You can return the item by mail or at a store.
- There is a $7.95 processing and handling fee for exchanges.
- Replacement items arrive within 7-10 business days after the original item is received.
Refusal of Package Delivery
- A 15% restocking charge applies if certain brands (like Pleaser, Bordello, Demonia, Funtasma, K-Swiss, or Pinup Couture) are refused for delivery or canceled in transit.
