- E-Gift Cards: These are final sale and cannot be returned for cash or store credit.
- The Discovery Set: This specific set is not eligible for return.
- Incomplete Sets or Bundles: If you bought a collection, set, or bundle, you must return the whole set. You can’t return just part of it.
- International Purchases: Ogee does not accept returns for orders made outside the U.S.
