  • After the review, you will receive an email with a prepaid return postage label. This label is very important because it covers the cost of shipping the product back to Aesop.
  • Along with the label, you will get instructions on how to properly package and send the product back.

Return the Product

  • Follow the instructions provided in the email to package your product securely.
  • Attach the prepaid return postage label to your package.
  • Take your package to the designated postal service or drop-off point mentioned in the instructions.

Processing the Refund

  • Once Aesop receives your returned product, they will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria.
  • After the inspection, Aesop will process your refund. The refund will be made using the original payment method. For example, if you paid with a credit card, the refund will go back to that same credit card.

Time Frame for Refund

  • The refund process takes some time. After Aesop processes the refund, it can take up to 5 working days for the funds to show up on your bank or credit card statement.
  • It’s important to note that this time frame can vary slightly depending on your bank or credit card company.

International Returns
