  1. Get Your Shipping Labels: After your return request is approved, you can download the shipping labels or get them via email. Print the label, attach it to the box, and drop it off at a UPS store.
  2. Refund Process: After Lumens gets the returned item and checks it, they will issue a refund. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund, meaning you have to pay for shipping the item back. Also, any extra shipping costs you paid for faster delivery are non-refundable.

Exceptions: Items You Can’t Return

Some items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
  • Items that have been installed or assembled.
  • Items not in their original condition and packaging.
  • Items with unwrapped crystals.
  • Bedding or linens that have been opened.

If you return items worth more than $5,000, there might be a restocking fee. Lumens may also give you a store credit instead of a refund in some cases.

Canadian Orders

Returns from Canada will have shipping costs, taxes, and customs duties deducted from the refund. Contact customer service for an estimate.

Damaged or Defective Goods

  • Report Immediately: Contact Lumens Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery if your item is damaged. If you don’t report it in time, Lumens can’t file a claim with the carrier, and you might not get a refund or replacement.
  • Keep Everything: Don’t throw away the damaged item or its packaging. The shipping carrier will need to inspect it.
  • Replacement or Return: Lumens will file a claim with the shipping carrier, which takes about 8-10 business days. If the claim is approved, Lumens can usually send a replacement at no cost. If you prefer to return the damaged item, the standard return policy applies.

Defective Goods and Missing Parts

  • Report Within 30 Days: Contact Customer Service if you find any defects or missing parts within 30 days. After 30 days, Lumens will still try to help, but there might be some charges.
  • Priority Handling: Defective items are given priority for replacement. Lumens covers the cost of returning the defective item and shipping the replacement.
  • Don’t Discard: Keep the defective item and its packaging until you get instructions from Lumens.
