Snipes Return Policy (In-Store Return)

  • Time Limit: You have 30 days from the day you bought your item to return it to any Snipes store.
  • What to Bring: Make sure you have your receipt or packing slip. They won’t be able to accept your return without it!
  • Getting Your Money Back: You’ll get a refund using the same payment method you used to buy the item. If they can’t figure out how you paid, they’ll give you store credit instead.
  • Condition of Items: Here’s the deal:
    • Shoes need to be in their original box.
    • Clothes must have the tags still on (unless they’re ripped or broken).
  • Where to Return: Locate your closest Snipes store on their website.
  • Extra Things to Know:
    • Snipes has the right to limit returns in stores, even if you have a receipt.
    • Shipping costs you paid when you ordered online won’t be refunded if you return the item in-store.
    • If you paid with PayPal online, you can only get store credit for your return.

Returning by Mail (Online Purchases Only)

Damaged Item or Wrong Stuff?

  • Contact Snipes ASAP: If your item arrives damaged or they accidentally sent you the wrong thing, let Snipes know within 7 days of getting the package. They’ll be happy to help fix the problem.
