  • Non-returnable items: Zeus custom items, made-to-order items, closeout items, Boneyard items, Rx Jump Ropes, face coverings, and gift cards.


  • Shoes returned without the shoe box or with the shipping label on the shoe box will have a $10 fee.

How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy. Follow these steps:

    • Go to the Rogue Fitness website and find the Online Returns/Exchange Form to initiate the return.
    • Fill out the form with your order number and email Id as shown in the screenshot below, to get your return authorization.

    • Make sure the item is unused and in its original packaging.
    • Pack it securely to avoid damage during shipping.
    1. Shipping the Item:
    • If you live in the CONUS 48 (the contiguous United States), you are responsible for return shipping costs for most items.
    • Oversize items or items shipped by freight have a return shipping cost.
    • If you live outside the CONUS 48, you are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
    1. Processing Time:
    • Allow 3-5 business days for your return or exchange to be processed.
    • Most refunds will go back to the original form of payment used for the purchase.

        • You cannot cancel specific items; the whole order must be canceled.
