Mandala has teamed up with Happy Returns to make returning items super simple. There are over 2,600 Happy Returns locations where you can drop off your returns.
Steps:
- Start Online: Begin your return or exchange on the Mandala website to get a QR code, as shown in the image below. Enter the Order Number and Zip/Postal code.
- Find a Location: Locate the nearest Happy Returns Bar.
- Drop Off: Go to the Returns Bar and show your QR code. No need to print labels or pack boxes!
2. Free Returns by Mail
If you prefer mailing your return, Mandala covers the shipping costs.
Steps:
- Print Label: Start your return on the Mandala website to print a shipping label.
- Pack Your Items: Pack your scrubs securely.
- Drop Off Package: Take the package to the carrier listed on your label.
Important Notes
- Exchanges: You can only exchange items for the same style and length. For example, you can exchange Navy Cargo Pants Size XXS for Size S or another color in Cargo Pants. But you cannot exchange Cargo Pants for Joggers.
- Refunds: If you return an item for a refund, it will be processed back to your original payment method. This can take 2-5 business days after your package is scanned by the carrier.
How Long Does it Take?
- In-Person Returns: Processed immediately once scanned at the Returns Bar.
- Returns by Mail: Processed as soon as the carrier scans your package.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
Mandala covers all return shipping costs. If you paid a $3.50 shipping fee, this will be deducted from your refund, but there are no restocking fees
