- Jewelry and Headpieces: These must be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Try-On Dresses: Must be purchased or postmarked within 7 days of delivery. The amount paid for try-on dresses covers shipping and is nonrefundable. Purchased try-on dresses are final sale.
- Non-Returnable Items: Custom size dresses, purchased try-on dresses, swatches, fabric by the yard, tape measure, ready-to-ship and outlet dresses, personalized jewelry and accessories, face masks, garment bags, shapewear, robes, and lingerie cannot be returned.
Conditions for Return
For an item to be eligible for return, it must be:
- Unwashed
- Unworn
- Unaltered
- Undamaged
- Clean and free of lint and hair
- In original condition with tags attached
Special Note on Bridal Gowns
- Bridal Gown Try-Ons: These must only be returned via mail using a prepaid return label.
Additional Information
- Retired Styles or Colors: Items that are retired can still be returned if they meet the return conditions listed above.
- Free Items: You can keep any free garment bags or panniers received with your order.

- Refund Arrival in Your Account: 1-2 weeks
Happy Returns:
- Once the Happy Returns agent scans and accepts your item(s), your return will be processed within just a few minutes. The refund will then take up to 24 hours to process on Azazie’s end, plus the time your financial institution needs to return the funds to your account.

Important Reminder
- Unauthorized Returns: Azazie will not replace, return, refund, or otherwise compensate you for any unauthorized returns or non-Azazie items that you may have accidentally sent to them.
Exchange Policy
Azazie accepts exchanges under similar conditions as returns:

How to Exchange Items
To start an exchange:
- Go to the Azazie Website: Click on the “Start my Exchange” button. Fill up your Order Number and Email Id in the window as shown in the screenshot below to proceed further.
- Happy Returns (US only): Exchanges are processed via Happy Returns.
Limitations for Exchanges
There are a few limitations to Azazie return and exchange policies:
- The Exchange Program is only available in the US and can only be processed via Happy Returns.
- To process an exchange, you must have an Azazie Account. Exchanges cannot be processed via Guest Checkout.
- Azazie will not replace, return, refund, or otherwise compensate you for any unauthorized returns or non-Azazie items that you may have accidentally sent to them.
Refund Policy
When you return an item to Azazie, you’ll be refunded the amount you paid for the item, plus applicable taxes, minus the return shipping fee. Refunds exclude shipping fees, rush fees, and the taxes paid towards those fees.
If the account or card used to place your order is closed, the refund will still be processed. If a gift card was used to place an order, the refund will be applied to your Azazie Account Balance.
It’s important to note that Azazie does not offer refunds by check. If a refund check is issued and later canceled, there will be a $25 fee.
