- If you don’t find a prepaid return label in your package, you can request one via email.
- Print the label, package your items carefully, and drop them off with the designated carrier.

Limitations for Exchanges
There are a few limitations to Azazie return and exchange policies:
- The Exchange Program is only available in the US and can only be processed via Happy Returns.
- To process an exchange, you must have an Azazie Account. Exchanges cannot be processed via Guest Checkout.
- Azazie will not replace, return, refund, or otherwise compensate you for any unauthorized returns or non-Azazie items that you may have accidentally sent to them.
