    • If you don’t find a prepaid return label in your package, you can request one via email.
    • Print the label, package your items carefully, and drop them off with the designated carrier.

  • A shipping fee will be deducted from your refund for each item returned.
  • You can keep any free garment bags or panniers received with your order.
  • Unauthorized returns (items not purchased from Azazie) will not be accepted.

Exchange Policy

If you need a different size or color, Azazie allows exchanges under certain conditions:

  • Exchange Window: Standard-size dresses and most accessories can be exchanged within 30 days, while jewelry and headpieces must be exchanged within 7 days.
  • Non-Exchangeable Items: Similar to returns, custom size dresses and several other items cannot be exchanged.

Limitations for Exchanges

There are a few limitations to Azazie return and exchange policies:

  • The Exchange Program is only available in the US and can only be processed via Happy Returns. 
  • To process an exchange, you must have an Azazie Account. Exchanges cannot be processed via Guest Checkout. 
  • Azazie will not replace, return, refund, or otherwise compensate you for any unauthorized returns or non-Azazie items that you may have accidentally sent to them.

Refund Policy

The refund process can take some time. Here’s what to expect:

  1. Mail-In Returns Timeline:
    • Processing Time: 2-3 weeks after receiving your returned items.
    • Refund Arrival: An additional 1-2 weeks for the refund to appear in your account after processing.
  2. Happy Returns Timeline:
    • Processing Time: Usually takes just a few minutes after scanning the item.
    • Refund Arrival: Up to 24 hours for processing on Azazie’s end.

Refunds will include the amount paid for the item plus applicable taxes but will exclude shipping fees. Azazie will send you a confirmation email once the refund has been sent to your financial institution
