Mail Back Your Return (for Online Orders)

Step 1: Start Your Return

  • Visit returns.aloyoga.com or log into your Alo account.
  • Go to Order History, enter your order number and email. The screenshot of the return and exchange page is shared below,

  • Select your reason for return and choose either Refund or Exchange.

Step 2: Print Your Return Label

  • Once confirmed, you’ll get a FREE prepaid return label.
  • Print it, attach it to your original package.

Pro Tip: Always use the same box the order came in when possible. It’s easier and safer for the return process.

Step 3: Pack Your Items

  • Place unused items with original tags into the original package.
    • Don’t combine items from separate orders into one package.
    • Don’t split a single order into multiple boxes.
    • These mistakes can delay processing by up to 14 business days.

Step 4: Ship It

  • Drop off your package at a nearby UPS location.
  • Keep your tracking number so you can track when your return is received.
  • The return window is 30 days from delivery – return on time!

Return In-Store (US Purchases Only)

  • Take unused items with tags and your proof of purchase (order number, receipt, etc.) to any US Alo store within 30 days.
  • You can return or exchange items purchased online at the store.
  • Refunds go to your original payment method.
    • Paid using a gift card and another method? Refund goes to the gift card first; the rest goes to your other method.
  • Stores cannot process exchange requests that were started through the online portal.

Buy In-Store & Return Online (US Only)

  • US shoppers can buy in-store and return items online using the Returns Portal.
    • You must provide your email when checking out in-store for this to work.
    • Not available for purchases made outside the US.

Exchanges

  • Begin exchanges through the return portal at returns.aloyoga.com.
  • Wait 2–4 business days for Alo to process your return once received.
  • If you’ve requested an exchange, it’s shipped with a new tracking email.
  • Instant Exchange option:
    • Alo places a temporary hold for the amount of your new item on your card.
    • The new item ships out immediately.
    • Once you drop off your return at UPS, the hold is released.
    • You must ship your item within 21 days; if not, your card is charged for the new item.
  • Stores cannot process exchange requests started online.

Exceptions for International Orders

  • Exchanges are not available for international purchases.
  • Returns for international orders are eligible for a full refund.

Instant Refunds with Reshop (US Only)

  • Alo partners with Reshop for instant refunds.
    • Choose Reshop during your return for immediate money on a virtual debit card or bank account deposit.
    • Spend your refund right away, anywhere contactless Visa debit cards are accepted (online or in stores).
    • No cash access.
    • The Reshop Visa Prepaid Card is valid only in the U.S. and cannot be used for cash withdrawals.

Refunds

  • Once Alo receives your returned item(s), please allow 2–4 business days for them to process your refund.
  • Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used at purchase.
  • If you paid using a split payment (for example, part gift card and part credit card), Alo will:
    • Refund the amount to the gift card(s) first.
    • Any remaining balance will be refunded to the other original payment method.
  • Refunds are only processed for items that are unused, in sellable condition, and have the original tags attached.
  • Return shipping is free for both US and international orders.
  • Keep in mind, Alo is not responsible for lost return packages, so always use a shipping method with tracking or proof of delivery and keep your tracking number until your refund is completed.
  • For US customers, if you opt to use Reshop when making returns, you can receive an instant refund:
    • Your refund will be loaded immediately on a virtual prepaid debit card or deposited into your bank account.
    • The Reshop Visa Prepaid Card can be used online and in stores anywhere contactless Visa debit cards are accepted (no cash access).
    • This gives you the flexibility to spend your refund without waiting for Alo’s return processing.
  • Alo does not offer price matching or price adjustments as part of their refund policy.
