Steps to Return an Item

- Get Your Return Label: You will receive a QR code for the Return Bar or a prepaid UPS shipping label via email.
- Send Back Your Items: Drop off your items using the method you selected. If you chose the Return Bar, take your items there. If you chose the prepaid shipping label, pack your items and drop them off at a UPS location.
Items Not Eligible for Return
Some items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:
- Final Sale Items
- Last Chance Sale Items
- Flash Sale Items
- Style Steals Items
- All Accessories (like jewelry, hats, scarves, sunglasses, belts, and handbags). Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and hygiene reasons.
Receiving Your Store Credit
When you return an item, you will get store credit. Here’s how it works:
- E-Gift Card: You will receive an e-gift card by email after your return is accepted. This card can be used to shop on VICI’s website.
- Instant Credit: The store credit is issued instantly once your return is processed.
- Never Expires: The store credit does not expire. You can use it whenever you want.

If you need a different size, you can exchange items with VICI. Here’s how:
