What Can You Return/Exchange?

You can return items to Nautica if they are:

  • Unwashed: The item has not been washed.
  • Unworn: The item has not been worn.
  • Defective: The item has a defect.

Important Note: Returns must be made within 60 days from the date of purchase. You also need to have the original sales receipt or gift receipt from Nautica.

Where Can You Return Items?

  • In-Store Purchases: If you bought the item at a Nautica store in the U.S., you need to return it to a U.S. store. You must have the original sales receipt or gift receipt.
  • Online Purchases: Items bought from the Nautica website can be returned to a U.S. store with some exceptions. You need the packing slip or confirmation email. However, purchases made with PayPal, ApplePay, or Google Checkout must be returned to the online store.

Note: Items bought from third-party retailers (not directly from Nautica stores or the Nautica website) must be returned to the place where they were originally purchased.

How to Return an Item?

For In-Store Purchases:

  1. Bring the Item: Take the unwashed, unworn, or defective item to the Nautica store.
  2. Bring Your Receipt: Make sure to have the original sales receipt or gift receipt.

For Online Purchases:

  1. Pack the Item: Put the item securely in its original packaging, if possible. Include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
  2. Prepare the Package: Attach the return address label from the packing slip to the outside of the package. Include the top portion of the original packing slip inside the package.
  3. Shipping: Use a trackable and insured shipping method like UPS or FedEx. Send the package to:

  1. Keep the Tracking Number: Keep the return tracking number to monitor the delivery status.

Important Tips:

  • Make sure all return shipping charges are prepaid. Nautica does not accept C.O.D deliveries.
  • Nautica will not refund original shipping costs unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or shipping error.
  • Refunds for returned items will be made in the same form of payment used for the original purchase. For gifts, the refund will go to the original purchaser.

Special Items

  • Swimwear and Undergarments: These can only be returned if the price tags are still attached.
  • One-Time Price Adjustment: If the price of an item you bought goes down, you can get a one-time price adjustment within 7 days of purchase. You need the original sales receipt for this.

International Shoppers

If you bought something from Nautica in another country, you must return it to a store in the same country. Nautica cannot process international returns by mail.
