- Instant Refund: When you return the item in-store, you will receive your refund right away.
Mail Returns
If you prefer to return items by mail, follow these steps:
- Initiate Return Online: Go to the Madewell returns portal on their website.
- Print Return Label: You will need to print a shipping label and packing slip.
- Package Your Items: Put your items back in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Drop Off Package: Take your package to a shipping location or drop it off at a USPS location.
If you do not have a printer, you can download a QR code from the returns portal and use it at a USPS location without needing to print anything.
