How to Start a Return or Exchange
Online Returns and Exchanges

- Enter Your Order Number: Type “HC” followed by your six-digit order number (e.g., HC123456) and Zip Code as shown in the above screenshot.
- Choose Return or Exchange:
- Return: For a refund, choose “Return for a Refund”. Note a $10 return shipping fee applies.
- Exchange: For a different size or color, choose “Exchange for the Same Item”. Exchanges are free.
Sending Back the Return
