Exceptions to the 45-Day Return Period

14-Day Return: Recording devices, DJ equipment, workstation keyboards, rack signal processors, and lighting/fog machines.
3-Day Return: Vintage instruments.

Band & Orchestra Returns

If you’re returning woodwind or brass instruments, there are extra fees:

$10 Sanitization Fee: For all returned woodwind and brass instruments.
$4 Restocking Fee: For returned bows.
Mouthpieces: $8 sanitization fee for mouthpieces over $300, $4 for mouthpieces under $300.

Apple Product Returns

Apple products are subject to a 10% restocking fee on any open-box returns. However, if you encounter any defects in materials or workmanship covered by Apple’s one-year Limited Warranty, you should refer to Apple’s return policy
