Evo makes returns simple with a generous 366-day return policy. This means you have a whole year plus one day to return your items. However, it’s best to return items as soon as possible if you decide you don’t want them.

  • Condition: Items must be in the same condition as when you received them. This means no damage, no use, and all original packaging, tags, documentation, and accessories must be included.

Option 1: Ship Your Return

  • Start a return: Visit the Evo’s returns page.
  • Order Details: Enter the order number and email ID to locate the item to be returned. As shown in the screenshot below

  • Return Label: You can get a UPS return shipping label from Evo for a small fee. This is usually the cheapest option.
  • Ship on Your Own: You can also use your favorite shipping service. Remember to keep the tracking number to confirm your package arrives safely at Evo’s Distribution Center.
  • Packaging: Ensure all original packaging is included and that items are carefully packed to avoid damage.

Option 2: Drop Off Your Return (Free!)

  • In-Store Return: Bring your item to any U.S. Evo store during normal business hours.
  • No need to start a return online; just take the product and proof of purchase to the store.

Outside the United States

Option 1: Ship Your Return (evo.com purchases)

  • Start a return: Visit the Evo’s returns page.
  • Order Details: Enter the order number and email ID to locate the item to be returned.
  • International Shipping: Buyers outside the U.S. must cover return shipping costs. Make sure all original packaging is included, and items are carefully packed.

Option 2: Drop Off Your Return (Canadian Store Purchases Only)

  • In-Store Return: If you bought your item from a Canadian Evo store, you can return it to any Evo store in Canada.

  • Return First: Set up a return for a refund.
  • Place a New Order: Order the new item you want right away to avoid it going out of stock.
  • Refund: Evo will process your refund as soon as they receive your return.

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds are processed back to the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, Evo will issue a gift card.
  • Processing Time: It usually takes 3-5 business days to process returns and issue refunds. It might take longer during holidays.
  • Gift Card Payments: If you used a gift card, the refund will be attempted on any associated credit card first, then a new gift card will be issued for the remaining amount.
