How to Request a Return

  • Pack your items: Put the things you’re returning in the original box they came in. Make sure to include everything that came with your order, like any extra pieces or packaging.
  • Attach the label: Print out the return label Diesel emailed you and stick it on your package.
  • Send it back: Take your package to a UPS location. You don’t have to pay for shipping – Diesel covers that for you!

Returns Through Client Services

  • Call customer service: Call Client Services with your order number and email address used for the purchase.
  • Let them help you: A client assistant will help you complete the return request.
  • Get your return label: You will get a return authorization email with instructions and a return label.
  • Pack and send: Pack and ship the items as described in the “Online Returns” section.

In-Store Returns

  • Find a Diesel store: Look on Diesel’s website to find a store near you that accepts online returns.
  • Bring your items: Take the things you want to return to the store. Make sure you have everything, including all tags and packaging.
  • Bring your info: You’ll need to tell the store staff your order number and the email address you used for your purchase.
  • Let the staff help you: A client assistant will check your items and activate the return request.

How to Exchange an Item

You can exchange an item for a different size or color. Exchanges can be done online or through Client Services.

Online Exchange

  • Fill out the Return Form: Fill out the Return Form online. Choose the items you want to exchange and the new size or color.
  • Get your return label: You will get an authorization email with instructions and a pre-paid return label.
  • Pack your items: Pack the items in the original box with all tags, accessories, and packaging.
  • Attach the label: Attach the pre-paid return label and drop the box at your nearest UPS location.
  • Send it back: The new item will be shipped to you once the warehouse receives and checks the items. You will get a tracking number to follow the delivery.
