When you buy something from Arula, you should love it! But if you don’t, returning or exchanging it is easy. Let’s go through Arula return policy in simple words, step by step.
No Time Limit on Returns
Good news! There’s no time limit for returning or exchanging items. Whether it’s been a few days or a few months, you can return your items anytime.
What You Need to Make a Return
- Proof of Purchase: This could be a receipt or an order confirmation email. If you don’t have it, don’t worry! Arula’s Guest Services can help you find it.
How to Return or Exchange an Item
In-Store
- Bring the Item to Any Store: Simply take the item to any Arula store. The staff will help you with the return or exchange.
By Shipping
Online Purchases:
- Request a Return Label: You can do this through your Arula account under Purchase History or by using the link provided by Arula.
- Use the Ecomm Order ID: Fill the details by providing the Ecomm Order ID from your packing slip and email ID.
- The return label will get generated.
For In-Store or Social Media Purchases:
- Request a Return Label: Use the link provided by Arula and fill your order details and email ID as shown in the screenshot shared in the above section.
For Exchanges
- Follow the Return Steps: Just like returning an item, request a return label by filling in your Order number and email ID in the return form as shown in the screenshot in above section.
- Include a Note: Write a note in your package saying what you want to exchange the item for. If the new item is in stock, Arula will send it to you. If it’s not available, you’ll get a refund.
Return Shipping Fee
- Fee: There is a $8.95 return shipping fee if you use Arula’s return label.
- Deduction from Refund: This fee will be deducted from your refund if you mail the return using the provided label.
- No Fee for Even Exchanges: If you are exchanging an item, you won’t be charged the return shipping fee.
