How to Return Your Order
You can return your order by mail or in a boutique.
Returning by Mail
- Start the Return Process: Go to Van Cleef Returns and select “Return by Mail.”
- Order Details: Fill in the Order Number and Email as shown in the screenshot below.
- Prepare the Package: Place the item in the original presentation box. Ensure it is in perfect condition with all packaging and accessories. Seal the box securely with the provided security tape.
- Shipping the Package: Take the package to your nearest FedEx location and present your QR code. Shipping with the prepaid label is free.
Returning in a Boutique
- Start the Return Process: Go to Van Cleef Returns and select “Return in Store.”
- Order Details: Fill in the Order Number and Email as shown in the screenshot in the above section.
- Prepare the Package: Place the item in the original presentation box. Ensure it is in perfect condition with all packaging and accessories. Seal the box securely with the provided security tape.
