Steps to Return Online

- Go to the Returns & Exchanges page on Reformation’s website.
- Enter your order number and the email address you used to place the order. As shown in the screenshot below
- Start Your Return:
- Select ‘Start an Exchange or Return.’
- If you’re outside the return window (30 days), you won’t see this option.
- Log In to Your Account:
- You’ll need a Ref account to start the return. If you don’t have one, create one using the email associated with your order.
- Select Items to Return:
- Choose the items you want to return and review your return.
- Print Your Label:
- Print the pre-paid return label provided and attach it to your package.
- Drop Off Your Return:
- Take your package to the courier listed on the return label.
Return Shipping Fee
- $8.00 Return Fee: If you return your entire order, an $8.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- No Fee: If you keep at least one item from your order, there is no return shipping fee.
Refund Processing Time
- Processing: It takes about 3-4 business days to process your return once Reformation receives it.
- Bank Processing: Your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to post the refund.

- Standard Policy: Afterpay returns follow Reformation’s standard return policy.
- Process: Initiate your return within 30 days and use Reformation’s prepaid return labels for tracking.
- Refund Timeline: Allow 3-4 business days for processing and 5-10 business days for Afterpay to issue your refund.
Final Sale Items and Gifts
