- Items bought as part of a “Pack” or “Set” must be returned in full. Kuiu doesn’t accept partial returns for these items.
- Final Sale items, such as Outlet items and Gift Cards, are not eligible for return, exchange, or credit.
How to Make a Return

- Visit Kuiu online RETURNS/EXCHANGES PORTAL.
- Enter your order number (without the -1) and your email address as shown in the above screenshot.
- Select the items you want to return and provide a reason for the return.
- Choose your preferred shipping method. If you select the UPS label option, there will be a $7.50 fee deducted from your refund.
- Choose your refund method: original form of payment or Kuiu Gift Card.
- Submit your return.

- Select the item you want to exchange and choose the new size.
