  • If purchased online or by phone, the gown must be shipped back to the warehouse—it cannot be returned to a store
  • Made-to-order gowns are final sale

Live plants are final sale and cannot be returned.

But if your plant arrives dead, damaged, or just not right, you’re covered. Anthropologie will:
