Ingredients

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 80 g European butter at room temperature (preferably unsalted and with a high fat content)
  • 200 g ground almonds
  • 120 g sugar for filling
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 100 ml apple juice Süssmost
  • 100 g powdered sugar for the glaze
  • 2 tbsp apple juice or water for the glaze

Step 1: Make the Dough

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and cinnamon.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the milk, sugar, and yeast until the yeast is fully dissolved. The mixture should be smooth and free of lumps.
